WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?
Yes, We offer two types of consultations:
- In person consultations* for clients seeking personalised products made to suit their needs. After creating custom blends for our clients, we offer guidance on proper use and follow-up consultations to ensure effectivenes
- Signature product development for spas, hotels, and businesses. We provide expert guidance in creating bespoke aromatherapy product lines that align with their brand and meet client needs
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE CONSULTATIONS?
Yes, we do. We can arrange a consultation either through Messenger or Zoom. Submit the request through the booking form, and we will get back to you with a selection of dates and times.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) and other secure payment options, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Local payments can also be made by direct transfer.
Local and overseas visitors can also pay us through Smartie .
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY LEAD TIMES?
MANONGI handles your order immediately and it should be shipped within 5 working days.
For large quantities ( over 12), we may formulate certain products specifically for you, with a lead time of 5 to 7 working days.
For larger quantities of certain or rare ingredients sourced internationally, there may be a delay of up to 3 weeks. Should this occur, we’ll let you know the expected timeframe—please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

FREE Standard Delivery once a week anywhere on the island.
FREE On-site Pick up: at our aromatic studio in Matavera or at Punaga Nui Market on Saturdays.

2- OUTER ISLANDS:
FREE shipping through Air Rarotonga Freight Services.

Shipping costs will be calculated and provided at checkout with the following options:

HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS ?
A tracking number is assigned to every shipping. It will be sent to you by mail, the day of shipping. You can track your parcel here:
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET
All our overseas shipments are made with registered Cook Islands Express Postage. However, should your order not be delivered within 15 days of receipt of our confirmation email, please advise us so we can obtain further information from the concerned carrier.
These researches may last from 5 to 10 day
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?
Yes, we use high-quality, organic ingredients and prioritize safety in all formulations.

YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED BUT YOU WISH TO CANCEL?
There are 3 different cases:
Case 1: The order has not yet been prepared. We refund the order in its entirety.
Case 2: The order has been prepared but not shipped: you lose 5% of the order amount (excluding taxes and freight costs).
Case 3: The order has left MANONGI and no refund will be accepted.
Upon receipt of your order, you have a 15-day period to return the order (on your charge), with the exception of bespoke preparations made specially for you, which cannot be refunded.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE?
If the product you received does not meet your expectations. You can send it back to us in its original packaging, in a perfect condition, within the 10 days agreed period starting from the day of receipt.
Please note that the return costs will be on your charge. The return address is:

We agree to refund it within 15 days after its receipt by us and according to the following terms and conditions:
- The box is returned without having been opened, we refund the price of the order, except for hydrosols (due to their fragility), and the freight costs.
- The box is returned at your own decision, we refund the price of the product, but the freight costs remain on your charge.
- The product is returned because non-compliant, we refund the product, and the various freight costs.
- In case of a leak during transportation, you have to send us a picture of the concerned product, and we will refund the price of the lost product.
