HOW TO USE
DIFFUSER: Add 5–8 drops to your diffuser (adjust to room size and preference). Diffuse for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
BODY RUB: Dilute 5 drops into 1 tbsp of carrier oil for a soothing body oil.
