For body:

  • Apply to damp skin after bathing. Warm 2–6 drops in your palms, then smooth over skin. Add more for very dry areas.

For face (if it suits your skin):

  • Press 1–2 drops onto clean, slightly damp skin, avoiding the eye area.

For hair:

  • Smooth 1–3 drops through mid-lengths and ends on damp or dry hair.
  • For a scalp pre-wash: massage a small amount into scalp and leave 20–60 minutes, then shampoo.
  • Topical use only.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Sensitivity to nut oils:  a patch test is recommended before full application to ensure compatibility with your skin.
